Saturday morning bootcamp is designed to cater to all fitness levels and includes a variety of equipment to keep things interesting while enjoying all the benefits of outside fitness. Come join us for a fun and friendly atmosphere that will push you to your limit!

Indoor Circuit Class

Multiple weekly circuits designed to push your strength and fitness to the next level. With the use of Koru Gym's facility and wide range of equipment, this class is going to make you sweat!

Private Studio PT

Busy gyms aren't for everyone, so this private facility could be for you. With access to a variety of free weights and cables, your fitness goals can be achieved in a comfortable and personalised environment.

I joined Hollie’s bootcamp back in March 2021 to improve my fitness while training outdoors. No two sessions are the same, Hollie’s approach and her creativity always leads to fun and engaging sessions.
